Inter University Startup Idea 2023
UChenab Innovation Hub in collaboration with Department of Computer Science organized “Inter University Startup Idea 2023” at The University of Chenab Gujrat. 13 universities form the region participated in the event. Delegates from academia, industry and IT were called to see student’s ideas of startups. The “Uchenab Inter University Startup Idea 2023” is an event that provided opportunity to deep dive into the heart of startup success: efficient project management and development. Universities students explored the essential strategies, tools, and techniques needed to transform innovative ideas into functional, user-friendly IT technologies.

Seminar “Breaking into Cyber Security
The Department of Computer Science has arranged one day seminar on “Breaking into Cyber Security” at The University of Chenab Gujrat. Mr. Faheem Fayyaz (Chief Specialist , Detection & Response Team Solutions by STC, Saudi Arabia) was the keynote speaker. He highlighted the trends and transformations in the realm of cyber security as the breach of this security can lead to serious consequences. His thought-provoking ideas made students aware about career trends in this field. At the end of the event, Pro-Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmed Bilal Waqar awarded the organizers with certificates as well.
